Validity Period

Digital gift cards are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase. Expired gift cards cannot be extended, renewed, or redeemed. We recommend recipients use their gift card before the expiration date.

Email Delivery

Gift cards are delivered via email within 2 hours of successful purchase. Our emails may sometimes land in your spam or promotions folder—please check there if you don't see it in your inbox within this timeframe.

What Can Be Purchased

Your Mhoir Digital Gift Card can be redeemed on any product available on our website, including items on sale or special promotions. There are no product restrictions or exclusions.

Payment Methods

Digital gift cards can only be purchased using prepaid payment methods:

• Credit Card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express)
• Debit Card
• Net Banking
• UPI
• Digital Wallets (PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay)

Cash on Delivery (COD) is not available for gift card purchases or redemptions.

Personal Message

Add a custom message (up to 200 characters) to be included with your gift card email. This personal touch makes the gift even more special.

1. Purchase & Personalize: Select a denomination and add a personal message (up to 200 characters) if desired.
2. Instant Delivery: The gift card is delivered to the recipient's email within 2 hours of successful purchase. Check your spam folder if it doesn't arrive promptly.
3. Unique Code: Each gift card comes with a unique, one-time-use coupon code.
4. Redemption: The recipient applies the code at checkout to redeem the gift card value towards any product on mhoir.com.
5. Enjoy: If the order exceeds the gift card value, the remaining balance can be paid at checkout using any prepaid payment method.

• Validity & Expiration
  Digital gift cards are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase. After the expiration date, the gift card cannot be redeemed, extended, or renewed. We are not responsible for expired gift cards.
• One-Time Use Only
  Each gift card coupon code can be used only once. The code cannot be split across multiple orders or partially used. If your order total is less than the gift card value, the unused balance cannot be carried forward to future purchases.
• Order Minimum & Redemption
  The order amount must be equal to or greater than the gift card value. If your order exceeds the gift card amount, you must pay the remaining balance at checkout using a prepaid payment method.
• Recipient Restriction
  The gift card coupon code is intended exclusively for the designated recipient to whom it is sent. The code is non-transferable and cannot be used by any other person. Mhoir reserves the right to cancel orders if unauthorized use is detected.
• Prepaid Payments Only
  Cash on Delivery (COD) is not available when purchasing a digital gift card or when redeeming a gift card coupon code. All transactions must be completed using prepaid payment methods.
• Non-Refundable & Non-Exchangeable
  Digital gift cards are strictly non-refundable, non-cancellable, and cannot be exchanged for cash, credit, or any other payment form. However, the unused gift card balance can be redeemed on products anytime within the validity period.
• Lost, Stolen, or Misused Codes
  Mhoir is not responsible for lost, stolen, shared, or unauthorized use of gift card coupon codes once delivered to the recipient's email. We recommend treating gift card codes as you would cash.
• Fraud & Misuse Prevention
  Mhoir reserves the right to cancel, refuse redemption, or reverse transactions if fraudulent activity, violation of terms, or misuse is suspected. This includes chargebacks, unauthorized sharing, or attempts to circumvent these terms.
• Modification of Terms
  Mhoir reserves the right to update, modify, or change these terms at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the gift card service implies acceptance of updated terms.
• Tax & GST
  The gift card amount displayed is inclusive of all applicable taxes and GST. No additional charges will be applied during redemption.
